- 摘要: 通过构建效率测算与影响因素指标体系,运用超效率SBM、空间自相关和空间杜宾模型,探讨长三角区域一体化对城市土地利用效率动态演化的影响因素,为制定差异化的土地利用提升政策提供参考。结果表明:时序演化上,2000~2018年长三角城市土地利用效率均值为1.003,历经“增长-下降-平稳”三阶段变化过程。
