- 摘要： 赞美诗是基督教宗教礼仪音乐的重要组成部分。随着基督教传入中国，赞美诗音乐也逐渐传入。在中国出版的第一本基督教赞美诗集是马礼逊编著的《养心神诗》。这部于清嘉庆二十三年正式出版的赞美诗集，先由马礼逊以散文的形式译成中文，再由其中国助手改写成适应唱颂的韵文，这一翻译过程可谓是赞美诗中国化的早期实践。

- 摘要： 通过运用沪深A股上市公司2014年数据,进行普通职工薪酬对企业的影响实证分析,证明普通职工薪酬与企业的绩效有正相关关系,即提高员工的工资能更好地调动员工的积极性,提高劳动力的质量,从而提高企业绩效。不过普通职工薪酬变量的激励性和贡献率要低于其他变量,企业的绩效更多地与企业规模、企业风险水平有关。
