- 摘要: 许多高校实验室普遍存在专职管理人员数量少、管理工作任务繁重的现状。针对这种状况,太原师范学院管理系实验室进行了学生助理参与实验室管理工作的探索与实践,并取得了很好的效果。实践证明,只要遵循一定的原则,学生助理参与实验室的管理工作具有很大的可行性和可操作性,具有一定的推广价值。
