- 摘要： 勤工俭学在大学生中普遍存在,被认为和心理韧性、独立人格这两种对心理健康意义重大的心理特征高度相关。经问卷调查后对数据进行回归分析与结构方程模型构建发现,大学生独立人格总体上与大学生的心理韧性成正相关,但是独立人格的个人灵活维度与心理韧性呈显著负相关;大学生勤工俭学在独立人格与心理韧性的关系中起中介作
