- 摘要: 首次利用辣根过氧化物酶生物降解水中的苯甲醛,探讨了pH值、温度、酶用量和表面活性剂对苯甲醛去除率的影响.实验证明:辣根过氧化物酶可以在pH值为5.5、温度为25℃、酶用量为15mg/L的条件下,对苯甲醛的去除率达到最佳值(65.7%).同时发现,加入非离子型表面活性剂聚乙二醇会降低苯甲醛的去除率.
